I have worked with many builders before. NONE like Roma Homes. Bill and his team are absolutely phenomenal. We just completed a whole house renovation including a full new kitchen, and touching very square inch of the house. I cannot imagine a world where it could have gone better. Bill and the team are always kind, working towards great solutions, financially wise, and they care about quality - even in the places you don't see. Through this whole complex project they earned my trust in a way I never expected from a construction company. It is *extremely* rare for me to give an unqualified recommendation - and that's what I give to Roma Homes! If you get one of their houses, or get to work with them on a renovation, you're fortunate.

Worked with Roma homes for a renovation project and couldn’t be happier with the results. Bill and Alex were great to work with through the planning and design phase, then throughout the construction process. Bill worked with the various sub contractors to make quick changes in the plan when needed, keeping us on our tight timeline. We worked with Roma homes on a second floor addition and complete remodel of our first floor, itis basically a new home, and couldn't ask for a better builder to work with. This was our first ever project in home construction and Bill helped ensure we understood what was going on, had great communication, identified some good vendors for us for selection proceeses and was able to help us make the right decisions to stay on track and budget! We are thrilled with how our home turned out.

If I could give more stars I would. Bill and his team are not only skilled at their jobs but phenomenal people. Trustworthy, kind, patient, professional, and creative are the first words that come to mind when describing Bill. Our home renovation turned out even more beautiful than we had hoped for and we have the Roma crew to thank for that!
