I've lived here since December 2021. It's clean and safe with mostly friendly tenants. Management is responsive and the maintenance guy is terrific. Is Woodcrest the fanciest apartment complex? No. But I don't care about amenities--those cost money, and I would rather do without them than pay for something I would not use anyway. Improvements are made from time to time. The trees were trimmed recently and it really helped. Sidewalks have been repaired too. Communication from management is good, with email and flyers explaining upcoming events or things that affect the community. I recommend Woodcrest for an affordable apartment.

Run fast and far! I lived there for about a year and a half in #811. If there was a decent rain, my apartment flooded in two areas. The bathroom hall/carpet area and the window by the front door. Neither was fixed before i moved out. Picture is of the water was from just one rain storm. I had an outlet where the plugs wouldn't stay in and, at the end, another broke and needed the wire replaced, which never happened the rest of my stay there. They don't care about the residents, only money. I spoke with Charlene a few months ago about my ideas to improve/ market the property, and she said it didn't matter because it was fully rented. The tenants only matter if there are units to rent. I gave my 60-day notice that day. I loved the place other than the poor management. The neighbors were gr

If You’re Considering Renting Here — Read This First There are many rental options in the area, so explore those first. If this truly becomes your last option, please read carefully: I lived here for two years and experienced multiple serious issues. Roof leaks took weeks to repair (I have photo evidence), leaving the bathroom unusable because it literally felt like it was raining indoors. On another occasion, I was left without heating for four days during freezing temperatures. Management’s response was simply, “It will fix itself,” and nothing was done. The common areas are poorly maintained. The laundry facilities are consistently dirty, and the gardens and green spaces are littered with pet waste. They advertise a basketball court on their website, but it no longer exists due to ye

Charlene from the front desk took care of me the first time I called, weeks before I traveled from California to Show Me State. She took care of my paperwork made sure I had a unit one available and gave me the quote and welcome letter. Once I arrived she made it so easy to give paperwork, payment and she gave me the keys to my new place. Great easy check in to my new apartment. I recommend Woodcrest the pictures match the place, but the location is perfect for me. Thanks Charlene and Woodcrest! Nice roomy and ac is so cold and I had one maintenance request got it done same day within hours and text and notice of work done. Great place and team work from call to fix.

This was my first place to call home all on my own. I had such a great experience here. I made friends and some foes but that’s just how life is anyway. The community there is amazing and safe. I’ve not ONCE seen a car get broken into or stolen in the past two years. The maintenance men took care of the pathways to our front doors when it snowed. They kept the grass cut. The maintenance men were there to fix your problems in a timely fashion. The washers and dryers were always being used so you can actually do your laundry. The gym has everything you want for a work out. This place this perfect for someone trying to be on their own for once. The only thing that can get annoying is the key fobs we use to enter our apartments. The history of these complex’s is that it used to be hotel and th
