We contacted Marty after getting into a sales contract without a realtor on our side. Even though we had not hired him, he kindly heard the story, visited the property , did some homework on comps and the current market conditions, and laid out the best options we had at that point in time. We met Marty during a visit to see our son and family in Parkville and doing some casual scouting for a possible move to the area. Marty was the rep at an open house we dropped in to. He had a friendly easy manner, and was so knowledgeable, so we were delighted when we found a home we liked and Marty was involved. He was hands on from the beginning through the closing.
