Wonderful community and a really helpful management office. Lhea at the management office was always accommodative of our needs. Miguel, maintenance personnel was excellent at his job and provided timely help. By far one on the best communities in Fremont with no hidden costs/charges

We have very bad experience with leasing office. We were interested to rent apartment there and they had 2bed 1bath available at that time. Very Hardly we got the application from the leasing office manager and 3-4 hours later on the same day when my wife went back to turn in the application then the leasing manager said someone already submit the application before us and didn’t take our application. It seems like she was already decided not to go with us further in the process.

Horrible management, they are lucky I am mature. People get deliveries so where should the driver park, you want to put a paper on my car was childish.

Beautiful place. Great for family. Management is great. Some neighbors can be really loud though but not all the time. It’s usually quiet during the day and great parking too
