Creekside Village Apartments

Loved the stay. Management is responsive and addressed concerns on priority. The maintenance staff is also very polite. The trail at the back is amazing to go for a bike ride or walk. Thanks Sylvia, Alex, Ferdows, Indijah and the staff. 10/10. It’s not a gated community. I have heard of car breaking and theft multiple times, and hence giving 4/5 rating. If you are ok to make that trade off, would definitely recommend it.

Just wanted to share my experience with moving in to Creekside Village , First I would like to Thank Gabrielle Machado for being so professional and kind from day 1 through navigating the process of helping us tour the apartments to signing the papers to officially moving in the whole front office team was so professional and kind . Thank you to the whole team for making our move in experience stress free. We Love our knew HOME . I highly recommend this place . Thank you Gabby your the BEST !!

A lot going on for this community vs other local communities or cities. If you look up Google or Yelp reviews a lot of communities in the bay area are affected by petty crimes. They pay attention to scaping and cleanliness, there are beautiful redwood trees (surprising), there are multiple avenues to exercise (trail, reserve, gym), amazing views of the Pleasanton Ridge, Vargas Plateau, and Mission Peak mountains, dumpsters are never backed up, parking is accessible, amenities are maintained, community members are friendly and respectful, and office staff are professional and consistent. You'd be hard pressed to find all of these in one package anywhere else and I've heavily shopped around over the past 3 years. Some downsides are: Chronic smokers the entrance (building 9) and by the Alame

I recently moved here at Creekside Village Apartments, and everyone was really helpful. Sylvia Mckenna and her team was there for every step, and they were very friendly. Sylvia was there to clear every doubt we had and she patiently helped solve a problem we had encountered during this process. I want to thank Sylvia as she helped make a hard thing, such as moving into a new place, much easier. Thank you!

Ms. Sylvia was FANTASTIC. She was not only knowledgeable, she was kind, empathetic, and sincere. Plus, the residential grounds are breathtaking. Thank you for SUCH a GREAT EXPERIENCE.
