Woodcreek Apartments

I have had a very tough time apartment hunting the last few months. When I researched info online and even called and made appts for tours nothing was adding up and the online info was never the same when I got across town to the apartment! I was frustrated and running low on time to find a place as well as being on a fixed income. Woodcreek was very helpful EVERY STEP OF THE WAY! My leasing agent Yolanda was very professional as well as personable. I have communication issues at times when I am stressed bc of mental health struggles, ptsd and chemo brain etc however Yolanda never made me feel less than! Del is absolutely wonderful! I really feel like she went above and beyond for my family! She got us approved within an hour and explained the process thoroughly. She is a real joy to be around and she made the entire process enjoyable. Yolanda is great as well and gave us great tips! I recommend Woodcreek 10/10!

Thank you to the Woodcreek apartments staff , especially to Yolanda, who has been nothing but the best at communication. It was definitely a back-and-forth process because i was impatient lol , but with her eager to help me ,made the weight of my approval that much better & worth the wait and I am now stress-free. I just got the keys to my apartment yesterday and I can’t wait to start moving things in and decorating. Extremely Happy! I have had a great experience living here. The management is always very responsive I was working with liz to get everything ready for the apartment and always experienced superb communication. I also find the management to be very hard working. I have seen Rico and Chris go above what is required for making tenants happy. My maintenance requests have been completed on time.
