I love to live here!! We moved in a few months ago and it’s been the best decision ever. Sofía (leasing agent) and Jenny (property manager) are just so nice and helpful, as well as Scott and Keith (maintenance). Sofia and Jenny are very warm and welcoming. They always smile at you and ask about your day. Maintenance never takes long to complete a work order, they are the most efficient! The areas are always clean and the place looks and feels like a hotel.

I just wanted to leave a review after the recent storm because the property manager graciously helped shovel my car out when the snow had piled all the way up to the doors. I’ve lived in apartments for the past ten years and always expected snow removal to be handled, but due to how the parking is set up here, the spot I park in is technically considered someone else’s property. She didn’t have to help at all, but she immediately jumped up to assist and we got it done together. That’s just one of many reasons this has been my favorite place I’ve lived since relocating to this city. Whenever I’ve had an emergency, been locked out, needed help locating a package, or even needed something printed, there is always someone available and genuinely willing to help. i've lived here for about a year and a half and i love it so much, but i just especially need to shout out sofia at the front. she's always friendly, attentive, and genuinely kind, and she consistently goes above and beyond to help residents. interacting with her is always such a positive experience, and she makes the front desk feel warm and welcoming. we're so lucky to have her!

AMAZING PLACE TO LIVE IF YOU WANT YOUR CAR WINDOW SMASHED!!! On numerous occasions since living here there have been several peoples car windows smashed with NO response by the apartment management. As you can see by the photos your car isn’t even safe in the parking garage. I would not recommend living here!

I lived here for around 18 months and just recently moved out and I absolutely LOVED living here. There are so many positives to living here along with some areas for improvement. I strongly believe the pros outweigh the cons if you are thinking of living here. Pros: Management and maintenance: Every maintenance request I had was completed so quickly within a day or two at the latest and it was done with high skill, professionalism and communication. Management changed within the time I was living there and it went from good to great! They’re all so nice and professional even upon move out, I never had any issues with management, they were great! Units: I LOVED my apartment and it was brand new and could never hear my neighbors other than a couple of groups at the fireplace late at night (
