The property management group is great. They’re very prompt in responding and just as quick to resolve any issues. I would happily recommend their properties!

WOODBRIDGE GROUP IS HORRIBLE, SIMPLY APPALLING!!!! I've had to be out of my condo 3 times already because of repairs that they had to do to my condo. I'm talking about months at a time. Nothing pertaining to my doing! Never once have they asked where would I be staying, neither do they care about my out of pocket cost. Never have they paid me a penny towards my stay or all the inconvenience, stress, and frustrations that comes along with not being able to live in my condo. It effects my dog and myself every time I have to leave my unit for a month or more. But they do THREATEN putting liens on my unit for HOA fees not being paid while I'm out of my unit, because of their repairs! While I'm paying my mortgage, bills, and paying to stay somewhere else while they repair my unit. On top o

I moved into my townhouse back in October 2020. This past winter caused some damage to walls within my townhouse. The Woodbridge Group has been very responsive- willing to go the extra mile to make any necessary repairs. It's rare to find a property management group with this level of responsiveness and high level of customer service.

I’ve lived in Las Vegas and Florida and by far this is the worst HOA ever. The board members are all friends and make your life miserable if you’re not their age and especially if you’re a man or not politically aligned with them. They are toxic. These women are absolutely miserable.
