Dunnwood Green Apartments

My partner and I have been super happy during our time at Dunnwood Green! We've been here for almost two years so far and just signed on for our third. The apartments and clubhouse spaces are very nice - it actually looks like the pictures. The stuff/management (office + maintenance) is super kind, friendly, reasonable, and easy to work with. They are always willing to help out to improve everyone's experience. Beyond that, there is a sense of community here that I haven't found elsewhere - people often host community events (especially for Bills games) and are always very neighborly. Highly recommend!

Truly the best rental complex in which I have ever lived. Wonderful community feel that was prioritized by management through their own supported events as well as their encouragement for residents to engage and interact among one another to establish that community sense. Management is vey supportive and kind, quite simply they care! Just cannot say enough positive things during our time at Dunnwood! Thank you so much.

Dunnwood is hands down the most amazing place to live! There are so many aspects to love- it is built along a beautiful golf course, the apartments have a modern but classic aesthetic feel, a pool, fire pit, and there are two dog parks if you have furry friends. The clubhouse is just spectacular- it has a wonderful open space with ample seating for gatherings that also has a full kitchen. Don’t forget the library and gym! And let’s talk about the staff (office and maintenance)- they are THE best- so responsive, it makes living easy. I would recommend Dunnwood to anyone looking for luxury apartment living.

We so enjoyed being a part of the spring market event and grateful for Liz for reaching out to us with the opportunity! The community area is just an incredible space and ideal for the events. Each vendor was given more than enough space to feel comfortable displaying and having room for customers to mingle. Well organized and a very friendly and welcoming atmosphere. We can’t wait for the holiday event!!!
