Woodberry Heights

I am writing this review after living here for more than two and a half years. It has been a wonderful experience. The community is fully gated, so the security is excellent. The property manager and staffs are always helpful and responsive. One of my favorite parts of living here is the beautiful mountain view right from my window. Overall, it’s a very nice place to live, and I would highly recommend it.

I had this at 5 star but I am moving it to four star. Overall I have really enjoyed living at Woodberry heights for the past 3 years. However in that time the laundry room has had constant issues. Machines are hardly ever working and If they are there are not enough to serve the amount of people living at the apartments. I now use a laundromat down the street. That being said if you are looking for an apartment with a convenient and working laundry room this is not the place for you.

I stayed in this apartments for 4.5 years and I want to say that it’s one of best community I had so far. All the maintenance staff and office staff are great and very helpful. If any issue inside apartment let’s say plumbing or electrical , in a day or two it will get resolve . Staff is always happy to help and provide a high level of service. I was really happy staying in this community and also it’s gated and safe as well . I didn’t had any issues all these years. Thank you to Ana and his whole team and keep up this standards.

I used to love living here. The locked courtyard is a HUGE plus. Don’t ever leave your windows unlocked, and the south lot is rife with car break-ins; however, the courtyard is safe. The staff was generally very kind, but every so often I would get attitude. Once I was kicked out of my apartment for “three days” that turned into two weeks in their no-fridge, no microwave, not pet-safe guest unit. I was only moved back in because I complained to management after the construction guys were suspiciously absent. After that, I fought hard for compensation. Their professionalism has declined, and I wonder if they weren’t trying to get rid of me so they could charge higher a rate. We have been living here for about a month now and have no complaints. The staff has been very friendly and helpful, especially the maintenance staff. They have onsite maintenance that live at the complex that you can call for emergencies at anytime too! We have put in about 3 requests just for minor fix stuff and they have been by to fix it within 1 day for everything! As far as bugs we have only seen one little roach, but it's ABQ people, there's gonna be a couple roaches, totally understandable, and if you keep clean there's been no other problem with them. Plus they offer free bug spraying every week you can sign up for as well if needed. Our apartment is in great shape, no carpet stains, wall stains or bad smells, and all the appliances work great!
