Dawn was amazing. She was our realtor to buy our house and then we were excited to have her again to sell the same house. She went over and beyond in helping us. She's very trustworthy and we always knew everything was getting done that needed to. She's very knowledgeable about the whole process and also helped us with the negotiating part. Also, she went way beyond as we were selling from a different state, and she met multiple people at our house for inspections, repairs. It was so helpful.
