We had a great experience building our home in Whitefish, Montana with Wood Roots Construction. Boon and Wilson were incredibly hands-on throughout the entire process and really worked with us to find custom solutions that fit our vision. They have an excellent network of subcontractors and it shows in the quality of the finished product. They’re also just genuinely nice guys who care about their clients. While the build took a bit longer than originally expected, they communicated openly about every delay, which we really appreciated. Overall, we’re very happy with our home and grateful we chose them to build it.

Woods Roots built our home in Whitefish (we built in 2023 and moved in May 2024) and we were thrilled from beginning to end with our project! Both Boon and Wilson were very hands on, kept us apprised of all the progress and were very excellent communicators throughout. The quality of the work exceeded our expectations and all of their subcontractors were phenomenal. I would recommend them as highly as possible! They have also been super responsive to questions now that we are living in the home!

Wood Roots Construction built our home in Whitefish in 2019. Boone and Wilson had just started their business and we were their first house, they built. Both had extensive experience before they split off to start Wood Roots. The two of them worked closely with us, our architect and our overseer, as we were out of state during most of the construction. This was our first house that we had built, as well. They were transparent in keeping us in the loop, during the entire process. They literally built our dream house and the workmanship was spot on!
