Malmquist Construction has built many of the homes we have designed. It's always a great experience and our clients love the entire building process with Malmquist. Their homes are highly detailed and beautiful.

Malmquist built my new home on Whitefish Lake. It is on a challenging lot with a steep incline. They did a great job. We've built and renovated several homes and this project was under budget and close to on-schedule. The quality of work was excellent. it's our favorite house we've lived in. When other local builders struggled with schedules due to lack of access to critical trades Malmquist didn't miss a beat. I would build another house with them with no hesitation.

Malmquist built my home a number of years ago. It has stood the test of time - which is validation of Malmquist's high construction standards and attention to detail. I have asked them to come back only a couple times to take care of something - and they were right on it. Outstanding customer service. I also think it says alot about the integrity of the company that so many of the team are active in the community and have been with the organization for the 10+ years I have been working with them.
