Wood Creek Apartments

I have had nothing but a terrific experience with Wood Creek. It is quite and peaceful, the apartment is beautiful & the maintenance team is very good. The Assistant Property Manager Ashley Wicker made the move in process extremely easy, and she went out of her way to help me. I have no complaints. I truly believe I made the right choice with Wood Creek.

I just moved into my new apartment and had the absolute pleasure of being assisted by Ashley. From the moment I arrived, she was incredibly kind, sweet, and genuinely excited to help me get settled. She went above and beyond to ensure the apartment was perfectly set up and ready for me. The sweetest surprise was the personalized welcome pack she left on the kitchen counter—it was such a thoughtful touch that immediately made the new place feel like home. Ashley’s positive attitude and dedication truly set a fantastic first impression for this community. If you're moving in, you hope to get someone like Ashley! Five stars without a doubt:D

Me and my boyfriend just moved into these apartments and it couldn't have been easier! the process was smooth and quick. Thanks to the assistant manager, Ashley we now get to call wood creek our home! Thank you for making it so easy, Ashley!!!

Lived here 3 years, management changed at least 5 times and maintenance was never consistent. Rent was increased every possible chance. Central AC NEVER worked, Zero Insulation on AC unit box located in bedroom, plywood "access door" to unit would leak air in year round. Breaker box arc'd out almost causing a fire (burned breaker box was never replaced). Cars broken into multiple times. Washers/ dryers constantly broke in community laundromat. Management at the time of moving out was okay but seemed like they had their hands tied from whoever was above them.

The leasing agent, Ashley, was incredible! Her energy and commitment really stood out- she genuinely made the experience enjoyable after not having the best experience with different places. It was truly such a relief to be supported through the entire process.
