Dupont Meadows

We moved into DuPont Meadows in September of last year. Donna & Clayton were easy to work with and followed up on all of our questions. The homes are very clean and well built. Both non-emergent maintenance issues we have had were addressed within 24 hours. The community is very active with activities, gatherings and holiday parties. A very family & pet friendly community. 10/10 highly recommend.

Beautiful property Jim & Bill are amazing work is done swiftly in a professional manor. Donna, Kitty, & Shaleah in the office take such good care of all the residents here and make each day awesome!

I had been working with Donna in hopes to secure a specific unit. As instructed by Donna, I would not be able to apply for the house until Feb. 25th. I checked the website on the 24th and noticed the house was no longer listed for rent. I checked again at midnight going into the 25th and the morning of the 25th, but the house was still showing as unavailable. As I called to follow up, a different leasing agent answered and continued telling me I missed the house as it was first come first serve. When I explained the situation, she kept insinuating it was my fault as I did not apply in time even though I explained the house showed unavailable before it would let you apply online for it. Very disappointed with the management team and miscommunication.

We recently moved to Fort Wayne and absolutely love DuPont Meadows. Donna, Kitty & team have been amazing making us feel welcome and answering all our questions so quickly. The sense of community is unbelievable, in our first couple of days there have been 2 events allowing us to meet people and begin to make connections. We look forward to taking advantage of the amenities and calling DuPont Meadows home. We love how clean and well taken care of the homes are and how close we are to shopping, restaurants & more.

I have lived here since June 8, 2023. I feel truly blessed and am thrilled with this community. There is nowhere in Fort Wayne like DuPont Meadows. This community is welcoming and strives to keep it that way. The homes are beautiful. Our staff does an exceptional job of supporting us. Lindsey, Donna, Clayton and Jim are amazing. This is a great place to call home. I truly love living here. Evelyn
