Most unprofessional apartment complex. If there was a way to give zero stars… Anyways Moved out June 19th did not receive my “final” move out statement till June 27th. We were ridiculously overcharged unnecessary fees upon moving out and were told on multiple occasions that management would “look into the situation”. Blaze the manager of this horrible apartment complex will do nothing to help with the situation. To be honest not sure what his job description is but he loves his lunch time and his special parking spot. So much he will not help tenants who are in need. This apartment complex is vindictive and inconsiderate of others time. Continuing on to the next great experience,(only lived here one year) we had a work order for the window frame next to our bed. 7:00am LOUD trash truck right next to bedroom windows. The new manager is better than the last narcissist woman at least. High rent increases $200 every year Then theres the giant weaver spiders that come into the homes daily, no joke- daily, and are everywhere in the summer. We also found dead decomposed rats in our air conditioning system. **the maintenance team is great, its a shame one of them can’t manage the complex.

Love living here! It’s a great family environment and well-taken care of. Maintenance requests handled quickly - no hot water resulted in a new hot water heater professionally installed and working in under 3 hours. So happy to have found my place here (per other review - each place has a laundry hookup.

Management is horrible both in the office and at the corporate office. They are rude and discriminate against residents, Fair Housing Rules don't apply to the staff/on-site residents. I received a notice from the office for having a poop bag at my front door, because raccoons and other wild life hang out in the trash areas since they leave the lids open and didn't want to go near it at night. I was told by the Assist manager and she advised me just leave it in your trash inside your house. The leasing consultant was also involved in this discussion about my poop bag reading my the lease guidelines. Their leasing consultant who lives onsite leaves her trash out by her front door over night and for hours at a time, but since she works for the office it's ok? When I reported one of the lease

I have lived in Wood Canyon Villas for two years now and I have absolutely loved it. The complex itself is very quiet and always kept clean and maintained. There is always available parking for guests or visitors. The few maintenance fixes I had were handled quickly and with very kind employees. It’s a very nice family oriented place to live with beautiful views.
