Alize at Aliso Viejo Apartment Homes

My husband and I have been living at Alize Apartments in Aliso Viejo since 2021, and last year we transferred to another unit. The team made the whole process so easy for us. Our home here is very comfortable, the office staff are friendly and helpful, and any repairs are handled quickly. The location is perfect—close to Town Center and the freeway—and it feels very safe. We plan to stay here until we buy our own house. Highly recommend!

I’ve lived at Alize since 2018 and would highly recommend it to anybody looking for their next apartment home in the area. I really like my apartment, the layout, thick walls, and friendly respectful neighbors. The amenities - pool, gym, and recreation/party room are all extremely nice. The people in the leasing office (Elva, Susan, Kyle, and Natalie) are also great and go out of their way to be helpful. Lastly, and maybe most importantly, the maintenance techs, Teo especially, are second to none!!!

I’ve been a resident here for close to five years. My experience here has been amazing. I love the small community feel and how quiet it is. Everybody from the leasing office to the maintenance team has made living here a great experience. Natalie has been exceptional to work with whenever I have any issues or problems that need to be resolved. I love how the community is always clean and how there is plenty of guest parking for friends and family to visit. Whenever I hear somebody mention moving to a new place, I always mention Alize. There is a reason why most of the neighbors keep renewing here for years. The staff and community itself really make this place a home!

Living at Alize has been a great experience. I recently moved from a one bedroom to a two bedroom and couldn’t be happier. When we started looking for a two bedroom, the layout we wanted was not available so we waited until one became available because we didn’t want to leave Alize. In most apartment complexes you will find similar layouts and amenities but you don’t always find a home. What makes Alize different from other complexes I have lived in is the staff. From the front office to maintenance every single person is friendly and helpful. Natalie is the one who handled our transfer and who I work with most often. This 5 Star review is for Juana who is on the maintenance team. She is always so friendly when we walk by each other and makes it a point to ask how my family and I are doing. She recently helped with our transfer of units and was inside cleaning our mew apt and nothing was missed. The Alize Team is very lucky to have her.
