I don't know anyone that would make a single mother of 3 move out prior to 3 days before closing on a her very first home but then keep all of her rental deposit???? Your office Manager did just that. This was nothing less that dishonesty. The walk-through of the new tenant never happened which was the excuse of the immediate departure of the single mom and her children. When we asked for a 3 day extension we were told that you could not jeopardize losing a yrs lease with a new tenant. The apartment was left clean but the office mgr claimed due to the few nail holes and the carpet needing cleaned that this would exhaust the entire $700 deposit and nothing would be returned to the mother. Living at Vinton manor was not worth the trouble our landlord put us through when moving out. Had to fight to get a small fraction of our deposit back and also were bribed with getting “full deposit back if we went back and cleaned a list of things more thorough”. However when we did so, it still wasn’t sufficient enough, so it was a waste of money and time trying to get it back. Also fought against false claims and fake photos were shown about our apartment in order to keep most of our security deposit. wouldn’t recommend this place simply for the issues and the drama that came with begging to be treated fairly. A mess.

Where is the no star. I would never suggest anyone to rent here. The landlord Lisa Cummings will come into your apartment without any notice to be nosey. After I called her out on it multiple times the one time where I had proof she apologized. She was there to do an inspection ( which was supposed to be done 2 months prior ) and left me a note about my apartment not being " clean " granted I work two jobs and have been traveling in and out of town around the time she did the unexpected inspection without a notice ( 24hr ). She will come unexpectedly and go around and knock on other tenants doors that have also complained to me. Be very aware theses people are extremely dishonest, they will try to pin previous tenants damages on the new tenants, just awful people…. Please make sure to keep all of your proof like I did , it will help you in the long run, the will try they will rob you blind be aware
