Loved working with Carrie, your office is very beautiful! Suggested improvement would be to set the closing date 10 days (or more) from contract signing. Stick to that date unless absolutely no way to close that date, I know it happens. 2 days before that date have the settlement statement completed for review by realtors, buyers/borrowers and sellers to review and make adjustments - then you have it ready with no new changes on day of closing. The last minute not knowing if we are closing or not was nerve wracking and not entirely Pike's fault. Thanks for eventually getting us through this process!!
