Great location. Steps to drug store and MBTA station. Considering that there are so many units it is really quiet. Friendly And attentive staff. Plenty of parking. I love living here. Giant apartments. I have been quite happy here so far.
This place has gone down hill tremendously since all of the staff left several months ago. HMR properties doesn’t care about their tenants. A lot of repairs are needed and the maintenance staff is horrible. The corporate office will never respond to your issues or concerns. But they frequently tell you throughout the month what day is it to rent is due
I've only been here for 2 months so far and haven't had any issues yet. No bugs, no rodents...those were my main concerns with a building of this size...the management staff seems friendly enough but very unorganized. That's my only con right now.
