Longview Properties - Property Management

I toured a unit at Longview Apartments a few days ago. The unit itself was decent overall and seemed perfectly livable. Unfortunately, the experience with the broker, Jason, was very unprofessional. When we arrived for our scheduled showing, he told us he had forgotten the key and needed to drive 20 minutes back home to get it. I understood that mistakes happen and wasn’t irritated about it, so we waited patiently for him to return. However, it still wasn’t a great start to the appointment. During the tour, he wasn’t very communicative or informative. I had to lead the entire conversation and ask most of the questions myself rather than him explaining details about the unit. Mike and the Longview team are very good people, extremely knowledgeable about both property management and multifamily investments. They have extensive experience in doing the work and solving problems themselves. The best part is you are dealing directly with the team, versus every other outsourced/automated bot nowadays. Highly recommend working with, or living in, Longview Properties.

It was a pleasure renting from Longview Properties for the past four years. Mike and Jason Have been amazing from the very start . Every and any issue that came up they were quick to fix things. I really appreciate dealing directly with them and not having to go through a middleman throughout the years . They are always quick to respond And they are also very professional and personable. I highly recommend renting or working with Longview Properties!

We had gone through 3 different property management in the past. They were either not responsive enough, would have a high turnover of people in charge (so you would know know who to communicate with), never followed with the list of preventative maintenance requests, would do nothing on optimizing rental income, or would be way too expensive (sometimes, all of the above). Hiring Longview Properties lowered by stress, and increased my confidence in being a landlord. They own their own properties, so they understand what's important to both, the landlord, as well as a tenants. They are easy to communicate with, and they know the tenants by name (they are not just another unit number). Most impressive though is that they put themselves in your shoes, and do what you would want to have done -

Longview Properties has been very kind to me. If there was something that needed to be fixed, it was fixed immediately. Mike is a great landlord who is very committed to his properties. The Longview Properties team members that handled my building were also a pleasure. Would definitely rent again in the future!
