Mr. Wolf is a very knowledgeable industry expert, but more importantly, he is a big-time class act! I was unaware and confused about some things and David took HIS TIME to explain the process and go over my concerns. I felt respected and confident that he would do what he promised. And he did!

I needed to sell as soon as possible and I was really worried about the process and being able to trust someone with the sale. David Wolf through his LLC company handled everything professionally and fairly. He followed up on my concerns and I would recommend him without hesitation for anyone that needs to sell quickly or any other way for that matter.

Horrible. Very unprofessional. Did NOTHING he said he would do. Backed out of contract day after we were supposed to close. On closing day he never showed u. I was the only one who signed my papers on closing day . He kept saying he was coming and never came. Said he would be there the next morning to sign his part, so I said ok. He NEVER showed. Meantime I was calling him and so was the closer. Finally I received a call from his incompetent assistant who said that they were no longer interested.

David and his team know what they are doing. Let them help you and you’ll be glad you didn’t waste any more time or money. I had a great experience working with them and highly recommend their services!
