Wise Inspections

10/10!!! This was my second time using Wise inspections and I could not be happier. Craig was extremely helpful in answering all of my questions prior to the service and Jason (our inspector) does the most thorough job I have ever seen! If you or your clients want peace of mind when buying your property then these are the people to call!

First, this company agreed to come do a 2 hour inspection on Christmas Eve day with just a few days notice because we HAD to have it done before we flew back to NH after Christmas. And, we had the complete report emailed to us, just a few hours later! Very thorough. Extremely detail-oriented. No stone was left uncovered. So knowledgeable. Provided pictures of every single thing of concern, plus provided a list of recommended contractors and estimates to consider if needed. Took time at the end to go over each item on list, both inside and outside the house. After I forgot to write a check and offered to drop it off right away, the owner offered to meet us at our house to pick it up to save me the trip. He was willing to answer any questions we had after the report was sent. Very confident

We had a great experience with Wise Inspections. They met our need to immediately complete a variety of home inspections for a super quick closing. They were incredibly thorough and provided detailed reports with picture documentation for the following inspections: 4 Point plus wind mitigation, termite, pool, septic tank, thermal, irrigation as well as mold since the property had prior water damage remediation. Their team has great communication promptly answering any questions or concerns to give you the peace of mind needed.
