My initial experience with Lou was filled with suspicion and distrust because he was referred by my ex-wife's attorney during our very contentious divorce. I am a man of integrity and allowed him to give his pitch as to how he could help me and my ex through a very emotional and dark time. Lou was genuine and I decided to go with him to list my marital house. Upon our listing, Lou generated a lot of "buzz" for our open house, and we were successful in obtaining numerous offers at LIST PRICE!
