The worse place to go. They’ll keep raising your rent and won’t fix anything. And please don’t make the mistake of forgetting your key lol. The man up front will make sure to not come up there. When he has a key for the property you are on lol can’t make this up.

HIGHLY unprofessional agency, so renter beware..They list properties for rent that have neither been thoroughly cleaned nor properly repaired for future tenants. Also, be well advised of the non-refundable security deposit stated on the application even when decent living conditions and promised repairs have not been fulfilled…

Not even gonna lie, this is by far the worst place to rent from. They are so rude, and they don’t even renovate the place. They expect everything from you but don’t do anything for their tenants, it’s actually sad. It’s not hard to be good people/ a good place to rent from. Have some common courtesy, have some decency for your tenants ( the people paying to live in your disgusting places that never get fixed up or renovated). The man in the office, I’m sure his name is John, is like the rudest person ever! If you don’t like your job, quit it! Let someone else take over! For the love of god, please!

I applied for an apartment over two weeks ago and even called to ensure that my application was received and at first he said they never received it and then said he “found it” and that “for some reason it didn’t have a decision but he’ll look into it” and here we are over another week later and still no response from them. If you’re needing to move into an apartment in a bit of a quick manner, I do not recommend them as apparently it takes almost a month or more to even get approved or denied.

Called about a rental wanted to charge $1300 for rent & $450.00 to cut the grass. Fell bump there heads that place not even worth $450.00 to cut run little fellows run to see all these bad reviews like I said run run run
