Valerie is AWESOME!! She’s so patient, humble and very understanding ! Not sure of the maintenance guy name, but he is quick to responding & getting things done ! Been living here 2 years and they are by far the best !!! Definitely recommend living here !!

Hello! My name is Jerry Reese! I have been living in the Deerwood Community for over 3 years. I must admit since new management has taken over I have really been pleased with all the changes made; even with the fact how well our property manager communicate with us. Also our maintenance man does a really good job fixing things and keeping the property clean. If you are seeking to live in a peaceful and quiet community Deer Wood is the place to be.

I have lived at Deerwood Apartments for two years. The new management team is excellent. Ms. Valerie has been very helpful with any questions that I have had and I appreciate her help and very pleasant attitude.

Since under new management, the maintenance team is great. Andrew receives the requests and takes care of right away. Ms. Valerie is also great. She keeps us informed on what is going on.

This has been a good neighborhood to live in, no criminal activity, quiet and very family oriented. Management is great about addressing issues immediately. Maintenance team completes requests in a timely manner. Overall, a good neighborhood.
