Winters Property Management

Since it has became under new management, things are horrible there. Talk to you like you're not human. Patch but won't fix air unit that's over 40yrs old. Ms. Tammy is the sweetest person. Everything else there is unbelievable!!!

I wanna meet the manager because I put an application in but my check stubs did not go through to the email so how did she process my application without checking stubs then they had the property listed on the paperwork wrong instead of 124 poplar as an apartment… it’s 125 poplar for the apartment. I do not like confusion.

This is a very unprofessional business especially when the maintenance and office staff isn't doing their job but rent is paid every month before it's due. I would like to know who is managing Winters Property. They are going to lose some good tenants and maintenance has not done the job they're supposed to do and the office staff seems to be lying with and for them.

The guy that sits at the desk right in front of the door likes to tell his beautiful looking customers they look crazy. Beware of the dinosaur.

They waited three months to tell that the online portal we used to pay the rent was closed on the day we paid it.. and now charging me latefees and court fees. For something that wasn't my fault. So now I still haven't received the money back from Feb and now I have 900 something dollars. Because of a system error
