Thank You So Much for Your Prompt Service a Blessing. We had a Hot Water Heater issue, that was truly a scare. The Owners, Management. and Maintenance did not stop until we were safe and issue resolved. WE ALSO RECEIVED A NEW HEATER , Yayyyy Grateful Hilliard Family Truly Thanks You All. This was not a great place to live, and I was very disappointed for a first time being on my own. Let me start with saying that the apartment manager and maintenance men didn’t even know my move in date, and when I got there my apartment wasn’t ready. The maintenance man said “ Can you come back in a few days? We didn’t even know you was moving in today.” They also told me that a cleaning person is supposed to come clean the apartment before someone moves in. My apartment wasn’t cleaned, and there was lots of unfinished paint work and maintenance work. The owners are charging me money when they shouldn’t knowing the condition the apartment was given to me. If I could rate lower, I would! This is the absolute worst area to live in! The apartments is roach infested, floors were caving in in our bathroom, ceiling is slowly caving in in the kitchen, and they are water leaks everywhere! Let's start from the beginning..... there were water everywhere from the heater and ruined most of our things that were on the floor! The tiles were ruined but the old landlord told mom to fixed the floors on her own. They made a complaint when the tiles were black instead of white! They did not specify what color tiles should be used! She paid out of her own pocket. Everytime we flushed the toilet upstairs, the water leaks from the ceiling onto the stove!!!! Roach infested units!! False advertising of units on website, the units pictured are not the units available! The pictures show water damage on baseboards that they claim they have no record of so they’re saying it’s not water damage and want to charge $700 to for damages to repaint the baseboards. Several reports of a water leak in the living room and bathroom that maintenance halfway fixed and had to repeatedly call bc the leak kept coming back. Was left with a shop vac and told to use it to get the water up until HVAC could come look at the leak, this lasted for weeks!! The stair railing came down after reporting to office it was loose and the nail snagged the cheap paint and peeled a decent sided piece of paint off. I moved here from Florida not knowing one person, my dog and I. Bowmanor became our family for 2 years. The staff has been wonderful both friendly and timely. I have always felt safe and had great neighbors. I hate to leave but am thankful for the positive experience.
