Wintergreen Apartments

Wow, this place really likes to burn bridges. I left my apartment SIGNIFICANTLY cleaner than I received it at move-in and was still charged a $145 cleaning fee. In fact, my unit was not professionally cleaned at all after construction and I received it absolutely filthy. This was a property manager error in giving the cleaners the wrong unit number and it was well documented in my move-in paperwork. The first two property managers here, Courtney and Katie, couldn't be bothered to do their jobs and the first 8 months here were a nightmare. Things got better as staff turned over and construction and landscaping were finished (almost a year after moving in). We were told our apartment would be ready April 2023 and it didn't end up being finished until July, so we were in limbo for months an

Find a different place to live. My apartment was brand new and the build quality is terrible, flaws everywhere, tiny kitchen sink you can barely use. management, dog excrement everywhere, typical phony gym. Hardwired cable/CAT5 internet with wall connections isn’t even hooked up. Apartment air system smells like garbage.

The move in experience was great at Wintergreen. Vanessa was very helpful and made it a smooth process. The grounds keepers are prompt and knowledgeable. I looked at 5 other apartments in the area and this was the nicest and with the best price for a brand new unit. Definitely recommend these apartments!

The units are delightful, the grounds are clean and well-kept, and the leasing office is kind and helpful. However, I felt most compelled to write this review because of the maintenance supervisor, Ryan. He always promptly responds to maintenance requests and fixes the issue(s) at hand with blazing efficiency and effectiveness - best described as a wizard with how he works his magic. Moreover, he is always kind, funny, respectful, and explains issue(s) in layman's terms, which is nice, as I am very curious but not very mechanically inclined. I could not endorse him more highly, and I cannot express the peace of mind I have when anything goes wrong in my unit.

Great place to live! Management is amazing Vanessa and Carol were so helpful & they really care for their residents, also the maintenance worker is very kind and helpful! He definitely knows what he’s doing and always fixes things in a timely manner. The place is kept up well and for the most part it’s very quiet here. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone!!
