It's interesting to review a company years after my last interaction with them, but I have to say ... the inspection report I received on the house I bought in 2020 by Shannon P @ Foothills has been such a useful tool for me as the homeowner, it has worked almost as a playbook for what repairs and maintenance to do first, next, and last. The report has clear photos with illustrated arrows pointing to exactly what the finding is about, then has very clear descriptions of what's wrong. And it does so to a level of detail that is useful for even the pickiest of homeowners. It's also worthy of note that Foothills' (Shannon's) reports (I've had two done by Shannon) are detailed and clear to the point that you will be able to make a clear decision about whether or not the property will be a go
