Kim Martin is one of the best HOA management administrators I've encountered. I've been a part of over a half dozen other management companies over the past 45 years. Kellison is by far the best. Kellison's, Kim Martin is top knotch. She is very approachable, listens carefully and has taken time to quickly respond ( 99% same day) to some of my petty homeowner/ questions. I've had great experiences with Nicole Bean and Jessica Wolke. Both are so incredibly pleasant and very thoughtful about how they handle our subdivision's business. We've had a few different property management companies and Kellison rises above them. Jessica makes sure to follow up on accounting issues and does so with dogged determination. A true credit to Kellison. Nicole does an outstanding job of diffusing tough situations. Any HOA would be lucky to work with them.
