Poorly managed, roach infested, dilapidated dump. Dues are definitely not going towards condo maintenance. More like someone’s personal pockets.

Nice building, bright inside, security,converge, laundry room in the floor. Like the place. Close to everything shopping, beach. Nice and clean arround

I pulled up to pick up someone after 4 mins this girl was already asking me to move while she has her car parked right in front. No name badge i couldn't see her name but she was really rude

THE WORST FRONT DESK STAFF, THE WORST NASTY RUDE ATTITUDE I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED. DO NOT RECOMMEND LIVING HERE. Go somewhere else where they will treat you like an actual human being and not like trash.

This building is in a great location, but a lot of things which could be fixed: - There is no ramp for wheelchair or stroller in the garage, you need to go out the garage and go around the building to get inside. It is not easy for moms with kids and seniors. Creaky gates - Both side entrance looks dirty -elevators, floor etc. Old elevators skip your floor frequently and drives you crazy. - Management (not all but most) are not friendly at all, and they not helping with your issue. - The building has no renovation that is why there is some smell in the hallway from the rug. - Too much complicated for visitors There are many moments in the life of a building that could be better, efficiently and quickly settled by the management.
