Application sent more than 2 years ago called every couple of months where on waiting list I updated my new address they send a letter in April this year mailed to old address not my updated address I'm off waiting list she says. I was like 69 on waiting list told it you better be a year or 2. They always out of office tells you something wrong .she said in office mailed to old address. Somebody lying here. Keep calling don't let it happen to you.

We visited Marian Towers for the first tine last week to drop off an application for their waiting list. The staff was very helpful and friendly. It seems like a very clean and safe place to live. I pray we have the opportunity to live there soon. 🙏

I like living here because its a nice environment. Everything is new, very clean. Management takes really good to us residents and the building.

Security staff is very unprofessional & rude, unequal in enforcement of their rules & policies, security officer Ms Marlene, was on duty Saturday April 11th, 2020 from approximately 4:45 to 5:00 pm, my grandmother and i were unloading groceries at reception, we were both wearing masks as stated due to covid-19 but i was the only one without gloves, at this time Ms Marlene proceeded to inform us in a very irate manner that i could not come into the property without gloves, I acknowledged her advise & did not say anything to her, went to park my car as i returned back with gloves and a mask, i see another female individual without gloves conversating with her & exiting the property, this is when I approached Ms Marlene & i ask her why the unfair treatment of policies & procedures, she respon

I love this place the manager and team are very friendly always is ready to help ..I drop my application months ago and always they made me welcome thanks
