Wing Pointe Apartments

RUN!!! Run as far away as possible from this place! You do NOT want to rent here as long as deborah cooring is a property manager here. Want your car towed come here, want extra fees come here, Want mice come here. Rent is already expensive the add ons they will add here is crazy. This property has been reported to the BBB. Seriously run!

I would have loved to stay in this area, a year and a half ago I gave this property 5 stars easily. But now, less than 2 years and 3 large rent hikes later, I feel as though I am being forced to look elsewhere to live. The rent used to be reasonable but now it's just too much for what little is offered (a small pool and hot tub and a minimal playground with a large grassy area that holds two picnic tables and a bench.) The reasoning given was to 'stay competitive with the area' which overall just feels like a bad excuse. Just because it's still the cheapest place in the immediate area does -not- mean it's worth the asking price which is gouging people who have little as is. Been here for almost 4 years. The management and staff are amazing. Any small detail is immediately attended to. Any challenge is immediately addressed. We have pools, hot tubs and a gym. This is an incredible place to live with easy access to park city, provo, hiking, golf, winter sports and an incredible main street.

The maintenance staff here are very helpful and proactive in keeping the complex quiet, which I appreciated. The management company was aggressive in raising my rent every time they had an opportunity, though, even during the pandemic, and after my move-out I left the apartment very clean (there were some spots on the floor and residue in the oven I couldn't get) but they still took nearly my entire deposit. If you move here expect your rent to go up every lease and not to get your deposit back even if you do a good job cleaning and caring for the place.

We live here for more than a year and extended our lease. It's a quiet place , no hassle, good neighborhood. Me and my husband love Wing Pointe Apartment because the Management is awesome. We love the service/maintenance - they are quick to attend to your needs. Deborah in the office is the gold mine on that place as she will take care of all your concerns and questions and promptness with your concern. They are all professional and you will feel at home living in this place. We would recommend for you to live in this place!
