We had them come do a radon test for us and everything from scheduling to getting things set up in our basement went flawless. Their online appointment sheet was easy to fill out and I did hear back from them within 24 hours of submitting the request. They were on time for both the set up and pick up. I appreciated their communication and updates through it all.
