If you are considering building a home in the Heber/Park City area, you would be wise to talk to Summit. Dave and Taylor are the best contractors in the area. We built our home while still living in Florida. This could have made things difficult but, Dave and Taylor kept us informed and in the loop every step of the way. We were told numerous times, by the sub-contractors working on our house, that Dave and Taylor knew what they are doing and you could tell they were very highly respected. The flooring sub told us we were lucky we picked Summit because when we are done building our house, we will still like our builder. Now that our home is finished, we can truly say that we still like our builder. We consider them friends. We couldn’t be happier with how our home turned out. Dave and Tayl
