Winfield Apartments

Nice apartment close to the shopping center. Fabiola in the office was really nice and helpful. I 100% recommend.

Great place to live. All of the staff are great people. Maintenance issues are handled quickly. There is a playground, elementary school across the street, pet friendly, usually have an activity for residents once a month, and is clean except for the few idiots who choose not to pick up their pet waste but the office does try hard to enforce their property policies.

My family and I recently moved back because we enjoyed living here so much. It's a great neighborhood for kids and their school's are close by. There are also tons of places to shop and eat in every direction. Kathy was so sweet and kind and made the this process super easy for us and always kept us updated with our place in the waiting list, thank you. Can't wait to get settled and feel at home again.

So far my experience has been nothing but 5 Stars! We applied to Winfield about 4 weeks ago and we just moved in the management was incredible to work with us on such a short time period! The apartment we moved into is such a blessing to my husband and I! Very nice carpets so much space and central heating and cooling! It is so nice that I don’t have to have baseboards or window units to heat/cool my residence. Fabi the manager is a wonderful human being, so far during night time it is quiet and peaceful the other tenants follow sound curfew. I haven’t had any trouble finding parking. And I’ve read all the complaints about mold but during the lease you have to sign about 2 pages about, if you find mold and the protocol you need to follow. It is so wonderful to see children playing outside

UPDATE (it wouldn't let me write a new review): I just moved out after almost 8 years and still hold the complex in high regard. Kathy and Fabi are an amazing team. Thank you for housing me for some of the most challenging and amazing times of my life! Somehow after living here for 2 years, I just managed to read the reviews and I felt compelled to offset some of the negative ones. I just signed another lease and I can say that even though there were initial snags moving in (two years ago) that my overall experience has been very positive! Current management is organized and excited to implement positive changes in the community. Maintenance is always quick to respond and very friendly! Compared to other complexes, parking is always readily available and usually right in front of my c
