David is a pro at what he does. I was a bit skeptical with the name of the company “Low Cost Mortgage.” Usually, companies with similar names aren’t actually affordable or they are affordable but lack quality. Low Cost Mortgage actually lives up to its name. Best rate in town by far, but you don’t lose any quality. We appreciated his thoroughness, promptness, and affordability. One con is he didn’t tell me about opt out options for credit bureaus selling your information to marketing companies. I’m now being inundated with sales calls. All other lenders I looked at emphasized this. He didn’t and it slipped my mind before closing.
