Windy Hill Key Apartments

Lived here for 4 years. Very quiet and safe. Management was always super kind and helpful, especially Donna, she is a pleasure to talk with. Apartments are well maintained by maintenance. Great experience living here.

I’ve lived here just over two months now and it has been hands down THE BEST option and place I’ve ever lived. It is safe, clean, neighborhood is friendly and the office/maintenance staff are top notch. I have absolutely zero complaints about this place and hope this is my home for years to come!

The property is beautiful. Very quiet and the apartment is very spacious. I came from a 2 bedroom 1 bath to a 2 bedroom 2 full baths. Been here since May and had no issues. This place is very dog friendly. My teenage daughter loves her own bathroom and so do. Being in a place with 1 bathroom with a teenager was rough lol. The property is kept up and maintenance does a great job. They have dog polls for dog bags everywhere on the property which I love. I honestly can say I feel safe.

Friendly, family, cozy, safe neighborhood vibes. Love being near grocery stores. One set-back is the train tracks so close, not good for light sleepers! Great for plant and pet lovers. Walkable and bus within reach!

We lived here for almost 3 full years, and it was the best experience. Management and maintenance were always incredibly quick to respond- they use texts to update residents. I almost never heard our neighbors through our walls- and I worked night shift so that’s saying something. The place was kept clean and any issues we had were addressed quickly. Only reason we moved was because we relocated states! Move in here- you won’t regret it.
