There's a stalker in the complex who apparently has more rights than any of the other residents. There is a lot of drug issues. Buildings are very old and in disrepair. They tell us they are going to roof and paint and they never do. There were over 30 apartments and only three washers in the laundry room.
Needs to be more upkeep on the building
