Karen Edwards was amazing! Worked endlessly and made things happen! Worked late into the evenings and even on the weekends and was happy to do it to get the job done. Very knowledgeable and super friendly.

They were very helpful and still willing to work with me even tho it was hard to find a place in my price range that met the qualifications of my loan they found me the perfect house in the best location. They were very nice and even left me a gift at my new home very happy i chose to work with them.

I tried calling two different agents from this company in hopes to see a property, and they both flat out told me no, not today. Which is fine, but they did not offer any suggestions as to when I could see the property. They gave the very distinct impression that I was bothering them for even calling (2pm on a Monday, not even like it was an odd time). Both agents answered with "Hello", no professionalism in announcing that I had even got the number right, I had to ask each one if they were the agent I was expecting to reach, one of which rudely dismissed me because I had mispronounced his last name. Both agents made me feel like I was making an unusual request wanting to see a property they were listing, and over all made it unpleasant to try to work with them. I WOULD NOT TRY TO LIST A

Karen is rude and unhelpful. Argued with me more than once about a contract that was already signed. Really just the worst experience I've ever had with a realtor.
