Windswept Farms by McBride Homes

Their construction truck leaked oil all in front of my house and spots go down almost 3 houses. Customer service says that’s expected in new construction? Oil spills? I can’t even pull in like I usually do otherwise I’ll track it into my driveway. Simple clean up all I asked but they won’t. Edit: In response to Mcbrides comment I already sent pictures to customer service. The lady said “it’s not like an oil tanker spilled oil” and “ We don’t need a hazmat team to come out”. So it seems I have to clean it up myself so I don’t track it into my driveway.

Nice community with at least three different builders on site. The McBride homes have popular designs and this location is nicely situated just out of town but close to all the shopping needs you could have. The commute wouldn't be bad to any place in West County or Chesterfield.

Little did my family and I know what our lives would be forever changed by Jason, Bill, Mike, and the entire team at McBride. Last July, we closed on our first home and we could not be happier. Ever since our first interaction with Jason and the team, every detail, concern, want, and need was addressed quickly, professionally and with care. My wife and I cannot recommend the McBride family enough. We never felt pushed, pressured, or overwhelmed during any of our interactions. If you are looking to build in Eureka, it would be wise to consider dropping by!

Jason and Marsha were so welcoming and professional. They both took the time to understand my wants and needs and provided guidance without creating a high pressure sales environment. I really appreciated all their input and willingness to help me in this huge decision. I woudl recommend this team to anyone looking to build in the Eureka area!

if you're unlucky enough to live near a mcbride box-farm, expect them to tear up your private roads, cause damage, and create a nuisance. they only care about servicing their eyesore, not the existing community they tarnish by flattening everything.
