Was looking for a new home last September, and drove in the Villa’s at Arbor of Rockwood. Feel in love with the location and spacious room offered in the Villa. Being close to Highway 44 makes shopping convenient. All the neighbors have welcomed us with open arms. The staff are willing to answer any questions you have and have met my expectations. Would recommend checking out the Arbors for your next new home.
I moved in to my villa in August 2017. The staff of people were and are very qualified in their jobs. Luke Bahr and Mike Miller have taken fantastic care of any issues that needed to be addressed. They both made it a point to check back and make sure the issues were resolved quickly and to my satisfaction. I am very happy with my villa and the McBride community. Thank you
Nice houses and spacious interior. Houses are on open concept and provide 2 car garage. Location is near to Six flags but slightly inside to the main road. Not noticable in a usual traffic.
We moved into our villa July of 2017. We could not be more Happy. All our issues were promptly taken care of by Mike Miller and Luke Bahr. They made sure all issues were done properly and to our satisfaction. Thank You
Affectionally known by locals as, “No Pride McBride.” And it suits them well. If you buy a home from them, expect shortcuts at every turn.
