Antoine was able to quickly install a new dishwasher since mine was broken and very old. He was professional and knowledgeable. I submitted a maintenance request at night and he had everything fixed up the next morning. He had to rig up an extension to a fitting since the old and new dishwasher was different size etc. but that was no issue for Antoine! Makes me a happy resident getting such fantastic service!

I truly appreciate the Windsor Vinings maintenance team — they are always awesome and respond very quickly to requests. A special thank you to Antoine for fixing my toilet promptly and efficiently. His professionalism and speed made the experience seamless. Five stars for a job well done!

At Windsor Vinings Apartments, I have experienced an open ear, professionalism, and empathy, which I greatly appreciate. They are not perfect, but I do not know many who are. They seem to strive for it, and I like that, so my 4.8 rating rounded up to a 5-Star review. Recently, in a stressful situation I caused, at 1:30 am, the alarm went off, the sprinkler system came on, and before you knew it, there was water everywhere. Upon the fireman's arrival and their professionalism, I felt my family and I were in good hands. Still, when Antoine, a Maintenance Tech, walked into the situation seconds after they arrived, another level of calm came with him. GATES HAVE BEEN OPEN FOR WEEKS, COMMUNITY NOT SECURED. I went to workout this morning and a man was off in the corner near the gym door. He hurried into the gym behind me and sat on the bench behind the wall. He was smelly, had on a face mask, and clearly was not there to workout. He then spent a very long time in the bathroom. I did a quick workout and left because I did not feel safe. The door to the gym also does NOT securely close behind you. It remains open once you enter. Anyone can enter the community and it doesn’t seem like they have any plans to fix the gates.

This has been the worst apartment experience I have ever had, and I’ve only been here 6 months. It first started when we moved in - our unit wasn’t even ready according to the manager. Our shower needed to be resurfaced and bathroom cabinets were just being ordered. That was fine, my boyfriend and I understood things happened so we scheduled a date within the next couple of weeks when we would be out of town for the long weekend and they could resurface the tub. Let me make this very clear that when we scheduled this, the manager said it would not be safe to be in the apartment due to the fumes.
