Windsor Radio Factory Apartments

I have lived at radio factory for two years and have loved my home and the leasing team. I am especially grateful to Jane and all she has done for me personally and professionally. I moved in here during a tough time in my life and was greeted with nothing but care and commitment to finding the place that I was lucky to call home for two years. We are moving in a couple of months but not leaving Windsor because we know how wonderful the management will continue to be! S/o to the whole leasing team and maintenance team as they truly go above and beyond. I will always hold a special place in my heart for Windsor RF.

Living at Radio Factory has been such a positive experience in large part because of the incredible maintenance team — Al, Michael, and Bobby. Those guys are the heart of this building. Every single one of them goes above and beyond, consistently demonstrating professionalism, responsiveness, and genuine kindness in every interaction. Whether it’s a quick repair or a more involved fix, they approach every task with thoughtfulness and efficiency. They’re prompt, dependable, and always leave things better than they found them. I had a pleasure of touring at Windsor Radio Factory and collaborating with their Leasing Team. I have to say this building is truly amazing: great design, outstanding ammendities, but the best part of it - is the team, always friendly and helpful! Dana, the agent that helped us, was more than friendly and helpful, she knows everything about the building and was able to show us several apartments. Definitely recommended.

Matt is the best!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I truly felt compelled to take the time and write a review because of how exceptional our experience has been with Matt, the Leasing Consultant here. It’s rare to find someone in leasing who genuinely cares this much about residents’ experience. We scheduled an apartment tour online, and Matt gave us an incredibly informative tour. He patiently answered what must have been hundreds of our questions. My husband and I can be a bit of an anxious couple with many follow-ups and double-checks, but Matt has always responded promptly, clearly, and with so much patience. I absolutely love my apartment. We’ve had no issues and have been here a year next month. We’ve luckily snagged a third floor apartment tucked in the corner which is plenty spacious, and the staff, John, Colleen and Jane have been nothing but nice. Our whole process with Radio Factory has been exceptional and we look forward to staying with them for a while.
