Windsor at Oak Grove Apartments

I lived at Windsor for a little over a year and a half. By far the best managed apartment complex in the area (and I've lived in a few different luxury buildings on the North Shore). Whenever we needed a maintenance request, they were super fast and ensured the issue was fixed. The management is super helpful and accommodating. The only reason we left was that we purchased a home, and the lease-break policy was, in my opinion, very fair. The apartments are beautiful. I had a first-floor unit with a fenced-in yard, which was such a nice addition to apartment living. We are dog parents and have made many friends at the community dog park. The pool in the summer is absolutely amazing. The gym is on the larger side for an apartment complex, and they had evening yoga on the lawn in the summer,

My boyfriend and I toured here with Matt and could not have had a better experience! Matt went above and beyond for us in all different ways. He listened to all of our questions, concerns and what we wanted in an apartment and truly made that happen. Matt is one of the kindest people we have ever met and made us feel so at home. He knew how hard it was for us to leave our other Windsor property but he has assured us and showed us how wonderful Windsor oak grove is. We cannot wait to move in soon and look forward to working with this wonderful leasing team!

Windsor At Oak Grove is an amazing property! We lived here for 2 1/2 years and loved it. We had to move away, but now we are coming back and looking so forward to it. Our leasing agent, Matt Barrett is phenomenal! His manager, Regan, Helped us move site unseen, from Florida to Melrose in 2021. He is now the manager of the property at Windsor At Oak Grove. The grounds are always beautiful, regardless this season. Every person that works for Windsor puts the resident first. The maintenance team is hands-down, the best in the business. The Windsor at Oak Grove is a beautiful apartment community in Melrose, MA with top-notch staff. With wonderful apartments and amenities, what makes the community all the more outstanding is leasing consultant Matt Barrett. Matt takes time to answer all your questions and goes above and beyond in getting needed information to guide the leasing process. From his energetic tours to his prompt followup calls and emails to even measuring specific areas of the floor plan, Matt is truly the only leasing consultant you’ll need. My stove was not preheating well. Maintenance came propmptly and determined that I needed a new stove. The stove arrived within days. In both visits to my apartment, the maintenance crew was courteous, pleasant, and obliging. They did a stellar job cleaning up after themselves! Very pleased!
