Windsor Park Apartments

I've lived here for 6 years, what can I say hmmm. Extremely out dated units, mold, water damage, rats that will bite your pets, constant car break-ins, a shoot out that lit up the B buildings, kids throwing things in the pool, management will NEVER fix anything unless you threaten them with litigation, homeless people on meth walking through the parking lot, a neighbor tried to kick my door in once, neighbors getting into fist fights in the parking lot, stolen cars, all coming in at a modest price of $1300 a month. What a wonderful place to live. UPDATE 03-13-24 Since apartment management is on damage control now due to running off half the tenants with their new policies I feel I need to add an update. Management is actually offering tenants a $500 bonus to trap one of their own friends

Just moved in this past weekend. So far so good. Apartment was clean and Amanda was great with the move in process. Also the maintenance young man named Damon does a good job with up keeping the apartments.

I have lived here for 5 years & will say Amanda is the most efficient Site Manager we have had here. Maintenance is also the best we have had. Being elderly, I feel safe here. Damon is always keeping an eye on the grounds, represents the company well & can fix a lot of issues. Their speedy response to any issues I have in the apartment is quickly addressed in a very courteous manner.

5 stars!!! My husband and I just moved into one of the townhomes in January and we're really enjoying it! It's a peaceful, quiet neighborhood. It's also a pretty safe area to take walks, which was really important to me because I like to take my baby outside in his stroller. The ladies in the leasing office and the maintenance people are super friendly and helpful. Any maintenance issues we had at the beginning were dealt with immediately (and I mean immediately, like 10 minutes after I made the maintenance call. I was so surprised!). We're really enjoying living here so far! Edit: Well, almost 2 years of living here in the townhome and things have gone pretty downhill. I lived there for about six years. Convenient to everything. My one bedroom apartment was nice and cozy. The only reason why I moved was because I was getting tired of the airport noise and a car meet that would happen in the Dollar General parking in front of the building. They would idle planes at 7am on a Saturday mornings for about 45 minutes which was getting old. The car meet would rev their engines for hours and blast music at 8am on Sunday once a month. The building was old, but it was so close to everything in a great price point.
