I absolutely LOVE living here! From day one, everything has felt peaceful, safe, and beautifully maintained. The community is quiet, the neighbors are kind, and the entire environment just feels like home My townhome is spacious, modern, and filled with natural light. As an influencer the lighting and aesthetic is perfect. The maintenance team is responsive, the management is friendly, and I’ve never once felt like just another resident, they genuinely care. I love calling this my HOME.

The townhomes themselves are beautiful, modern, and thoughtfully designed, with spacious layouts, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and smart home features that make everyday living feel elevated yet practical. The townhomes themselves are incredible, but the management/maintenance of the property is not. The townhomes are newly built (and more are currently being built), with a sleek, modern feel and very spacious layout. Each floor has its own thermostat, the kitchen sink is huge, and the AC works flawlessly. However, the paint is cheap and smudges very easily with dirt/grime. I’m pretty nitpicky, but overall I’d say the construction quality is about a 8/10. My main issue with the property is the lack of parking and driveway space. The development clearly prioritized cramming as many units as possible into the buildable area without much thought to how much room people actually need to park, let alone having any parking available for guests.
