Windsor Park Apartments

Their policy for parking is first come, first serve and only vehicles with parking tag can park in the stalls next to the complexes. The policy is not enforced as parking gets to be so bad with unregisteted cars. Imaginr carrying your groceries from another complex making the few trips back and forth to your car. Other times you have to park down the street and sometimes around the block!

I recently moved back to this place after 5 years, and recently been here for 2 months due to financial issues and the only affordable place I can get without checking credit. I thought the leakage and the black mold problem would be resolved, knowing that I had that problem in the previous years. I have sent an email with problems inside the renovated area I am currently living in, and have been reaching out about the black mold? The leakage and the pests problem. I do have small children, which the manager is aware of but surprisingly still dont have a work order for the maintenence to come check out the black mold. I’m currently residing at this apartment complex. One thing I will say is that the management or professionals who are doing love that when you bring a complaint to them they take care of it. The apartment complex is good. but I must say the neighbors are weird you walk out of your unit and the people will just be sitting outside and watching you so creepy in my opinion, they don’t mind their business. It’s OK to say hi when you see your neighbor, not looking at them making them uncomfortable

Save yourself the hassle of living here, management is a joke. Scheduled a tour here AND confirmed with them in the morning and management wouldn’t answer phone for hour and a half after my scheduled time.
