Nice clean property in a good quiet neighborhood. RPM was always responsive; Liliana was an excellent communicator. The few repairs needed usually got quick attention and efficient, capable service from contractors. Lease was more restrictive than preferred. Required add-on services were mostly a waste of money. Legalese was bothersome. Still, seemingly a trustworthy, reputable management company.

RPM has treated me really well through every step of the way. Communication was very friendly and helpful and the home was nice as well. Would recommend working with these people to anyone.
